His speaking endeavors simmered for several years as he facilitated training courses for investigators at the organizations where he was employed.

After earning the highest designation available in his field Michael joined Wicklander-Zulawski and Associates where he ran their investigations division, travelled the world teaching non-confrontational interrogation techniques and earned an Outstanding Contributions award from Homeland Security.
